We’ve been making fabricated acrylic letters, logos and lightboxes for 25 years. Storefront or architectural identification, single site or repetition corporate signage, small or large, we do it all. Our products are made with a high standard of accuracy, finish and quality to allow close up inspection.
The CNC router is used to cut and rebate backs for fabricated letters, using expanded PVC. The machine can also cut out MDF or ACM (aluminium composite material) shapes and faces for lightboxes to allow for “push-through” logos and letters which have been lasercut, fabricated or routercut. Many materials which cannot be cut on the laser can be router cut. The router also does engraving including V groove and can relief carve letters and other shapes.
Our high quality laser’s primary function is to speed up fabrication and ensure accuracy but we also use it to supply cut out stencils, letters, logos and more. It can cut with extreme accuracy having a cut width of less than 0.1mm on 3mm acrylic. We carry a range of acrylic colours including mirror up to 25mm thick.
