Our high quality laser’s primary function is to speed up fabrication and ensure accuracy.  We also can use it to supply cut out stencils, as well as letters, logos and backgrounds for reception signs,etc.  It can cut with extreme accuracy having a cut width of less than 0.1mm on 3mm acrylic.  We mainly cut acrylic and carry a range of colours including mirror as well as thicknesses up to 25mm (limited colours) in stock. The laser cannot cut metals or ACM.  PVC, polycarbonate, HIPS and some other materials give off noxious fumes.   Foam board shrinks badly when heated.  These materials should be CNC router cut. Any shape and colour. Fine detail with superb finish. Vinyl and/or double sided tape applied before cutting. Unique products. Impressive reception signs made easy. Point of sale.
